1. What is the entire art commission process?

- Send a request via the forms on the site. Once I've received it, we can start a conversation, discussing budget, and any details you want included along with the reference photo you want used. When we've agreed on the cost and the details, and I've received a 50% deposit on the commission, the work begins. I'll send photo updates via email to make sure you're happy with the direction things are going. Or we can leave it a surprise. Once the piece is complete, I'll notify you and have it packaged and shipped ASAP.

1. Will you draw my pet?

- I specialize in drawing portraits of people and I have more confidence drawing them than animals. That said, if you'd like a portrait of your pet instead of a person, I can do that for you too.

4. What sizes do the artworks come in, and how do I know which size to choose?

- Portraits are 9x12 inches.

5. Can I request a custom size or a commission piece?

- Yes, you may request a custom size. Sizing will affect pricing, by upping the material cost.

7. Can I have my order rushed?

- Orders are completed in the sequence they are received.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

- Paypal and E-Transfer

9. Is there a way to track my order once it has been placed?

- Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

10. How long does it typically take for an order to be processed and shipped?

- This is location dependent. Within Canada, 2-3 days. International orders will be location dependent and change from person to person.

12. I don't like the piece. Can I get a refund?

- Due to the nature of working with a Physical medium, all commissions are final sale. To ensure your satisfaction, I'll send regular updates with the progress of your commission until it's complete. That way we can work together to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

13. Are there additional fees I should be aware of?

- No additional fees beyond what we initially discuss.
